With the Colombian government making little effort to come up with concrete proposals to tackle the healthcare crisis triggered by Covid-19 and the Colombian parliament passing utterly incomprehensible bills on the issue, Jorge Caballero Ramos decided to take matters into his own hands by using AI to create a new, fictional member of the Colombian Senate: Dora Sena.
